Most clients deal with a different firm for every part of their financial life: one for investments, another for insurance, another when they raise capital or sell a business. Nobody sees the whole picture. Rothswell was established in New York to change that, with one relationship and one standard of care across every need.

Our leadership has spent careers in investment banking, asset management, insurance, law and the governance of regulated financial institutions in the United States and Europe. We have sat on both sides of the table, as advisers and as the people running regulated businesses, and we build Rothswell the way we would want our own families and companies served.

Each service is delivered only by the entity licensed or registered to provide it, under that entity's own supervision and disclosure requirements. Clients are introduced between our businesses only where it serves them, with disclosure, and with no obligation to use any other Rothswell business.
